Orders, shipping, and returns

House of Desade currently ships within the United States. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Processing is normally 1–3 business days. Transit after dispatch is normally 6–12 business days. The estimated total is 7–15 business days from the applicable order-processing date. These are estimates, not guarantees. Free standard shipping in the US.

Unused items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee. The designated return address is printed on the Returns & Refunds page. The Cheyenne registered office is not a return location.

House of Desade is the brand. Worldwide Apparel Group LLC operates the store. You will see that legal name in the footer and on the company information page. It is not the name on the jewelry, and it is not a customer return address.
