Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return shipping to our return centre in China. We do not offer direct exchanges. No restocking fee is charged for an eligible return. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the order. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact care@houseofdesade.com. These cases are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. The Cheyenne registered office is not a customer return address.
